How does a library of “legal documents” not include a Non Disclosure Agreement, a Non Compete Agreement, Trade Secrets Policy/Provisions, or anything that would actually be used for a businesses Legal Needs? How about a Privacy Policy? Terms of Service? Earnings Disclaimer? nope, nope, nope

The “Consulting Agreement” is a JOKE. Basically the undersigned agree to on this day at this time that: (fill in the blanks for everything) and in exchange they agree that payment and compensation will be XXX. Signed and Dated. … REALLY?? Thanks for those two sentences!

My only regret is that I bought this stupid thing 3 minutes ago and it’s not worth the headache you have to go through to get a $5 refund!

There’s NOTHING in this that can’t be found with less than :30 seconds of Google-ing for free and to find 10x better quality.
